How do I change the language on my nano

I acidentally changed the lang. out of english on my nano. I don't even know what lang. it is. The first word at the top is hudba. I am not so good at the computer, so please explain all directions clearly. Many thanks.

mac os x, Mac OS X (10.4.6)

Ok.... hold down the Menu button until you see iPod appear. Go to the 4th option. Thats settings. Then go to the 13th to 14th option in that menu. There you should be able to see select "English, Francais, Espagnol," etc.

OK, first you turn it on and click the fourth link( which would be settings), then you go to the fourteenth link (which would be language)and choose English...

When you are deep in the roots of a menu, you hold down the Menu button and you enter the iPod menu.

Ok, now I know what you mean.

But you originally said, "hold down the Menu button until you see iPod appear"
