Convert Slo-Mo to Real-Time

I was given a QT mov of a crash test in slow motion which I have placed on my FCP timeline. The clip has a duration 00:00:10.21, 310 frames @ 30 fps. I would like to speed this back up to real time to show the clip as it really happened. What settings do I use to modify the speed of this clip? Do I use the 'percent' field or the 'duration" field? I do not have the original tape of this footage in real-time. I know that there must be some formula for this conversion but do not know what it is. Please help.

Follow Andy's instructions. Or, another way to do it is to know or guess how overcranked it is, i.e. how 'slow it's going. If you think it seems like 10 times slower than reality, then type Command-J in the Viewer and set the speed of the clip to be 1000%. Remeber, your clip is just under 11 seconds long - it's likely the final 'real world' speed is less than a second, at a guess.

you need to know the original duration

if you do, then just mark an in and out in your
timeline that reflects that duration, then use Fit to
Fill (drag the original clip onto the canvas and drop
it on the fit to fill overlay)

Thanks for your help. I will contact the individual who created the clip to find out the duration of the original clip before it was slowed down.
