AEBS, XP, and wireless dial-up

Hi. I've wirelessly connected my PC (running XP SP2) to my AEBS network and it can connect to the internet but only when my Mac is also on the internet. I only have dial-up available where I live but still use my AEBS to connect wirelessly. I am trying to do the same for the PC so that my Mac doesn't have to be logged on in order for my PC to be on the net. Any ideas??
