hello i have had my macbook for almost a year and there are these tiny pink pixels that showed up out of no where and i was wondering if this has happpend to any one else. Someone told me it was the graphics card and im not a computer wiz so if any one has any knowledge i would really love it! maybe my computer is just a goner
MacBook,
Mac OS X (10.4),
my baby is all screwed up
I have the same problem. Except i Googled my problem and it is aparently a stuck pixel and not a dead one. this is because the pixel is black which means that it isn't allowing any light though and these sometimes fix themselves within a day and sometimes never. I am letting it sit for now. However, the odd part is that when i put a red image over/around the pixel, it is black, but any other color, the pixel is a light blue. so i am not sure whats up. but i would try that link. or this one
well i dont think this is the case because these tiny pink dots change all the time and seem to out line different images, like if im looking at an image of a persons face these dots will hover the eye and be around the mouth in funny shapes. i tryed the tapping and "massaging" of the "dead" pixels and nothing happened. i will keep trying but if any one knows any thing! please help meeeeee
Hello, I also have the same exact problem, plus other new geen pixels floating around the upper left side of the screen. THIS IS NOT A SINGLE DEAD PIXEL.
What to do?
I dont believe its temperature related. It might me memory or connection related, but Im no expert.
Please, some proffesional help.
