iTunes recognizing SD memory card

I have a Palm Tungsten E2 with a 1 GB SD memory card. My PowerBook reads the memory card via a 6-in-1 "$20 from CompUSA" USB memory card reader.

By loading MP3s onto the card in /AUDIO, I can play them in RealPlayer on the Palm.

Is there any way to get the memory card to show up in iTunes as if it were an mp3 player?

Just drag the songs from iTunes directly onto the card in My Computer.

There's also a clever little program, freeware, I think, called SyncTunes which will sync playlists from iTunes to memory cards. Used to use it with my SD card for my Treo.
