transfer contacts from blackberry to address book?

I have a blackberry with 1500+ contacts in it and i want to put them into my mac address book. does anyone know how i would do this?

MacBookPro, Mac OS X (10.4.9)

If you can get the Contacts out of your Blackberry as vCards then it is easy to double-click and import them into the Mac Address Book.

Missing Sync has finally come up with a Blackberry to Mac stand-alone program. I've been down the PocketMac road -- what a pain! I could never get it to even connect, let alone know what it's doing when it finally does.

I even switched to a Treo for a while, but didn't like the bulk of it.

Missing Sync is a Godsend, if you ask me. The best 40 bucks I've ever spent.
