Album purchase has iTunes confused

Album purchase has iTunes confused

Added "The Kooks - Inside in / Inside Out" to my shopping cart and now I can't buy it or remove it from my cart! The card lists no price for the item and unlike other items in my cart does not have a "buy album" button only a "view album". If I click "Buy now" at the bottom of my cart it complains that the price has changed and I shoudl refresh and review my cart ( nothing changes ). When I try to remove it I get a iTMS unknown error (1011)

Help!?

As long as you can still see your shopping cart, try creating a wishlist.

Making an iTunes Store wish list

Then write to iTunes support and have them clear out your shopping cart. You can contact them using the form at the bottom of this page:

Most likely The Kooks album has been removed or updated & you have a bad link in your Shopping Cart.

If you look at the album they "Free single" is listed with the album and I think it gets confused because when you click "add album" it adds the free single first and then the rest of the album.

Very hand wishlist, why don't they make it more accessable!

I am having this exact same problem! I want the kook album too and get the same error. I just filled out the form the guy said to do so I guess now I just have to wait...
