Sideways pics with Blogger and Facebook

Hi, I just uploaded my photos from my camera to Iphoto. The ones that I took "up and down" I edited and made the right way. When I double click on the little profile pic, they are the right way. But the little picture is still the wrong way.

When I upload them to Blogger or Facebook, they are sideways.

I even tried editing the pictures on my camera first but this still didn't help.
