iTunes Plus music not working on Nokia N95

I've tried loading some iTunes plus music onto my Nokia N95. Since the iTunes plus music is DRM free, it ought to work just fine.

However, the N95 just gives an error when I try to play the tracks, and is also unable to display the metadata for the files. It's the same on a Motorola V3xx and a Sony Ericsson M600i.

The N95 plays other DRM free aac files without any problems. Anyone know what has been done differently with the iTunes plus music, that means it won't play on the N95 (and other aac playing phones)?

Using Sony Ericsson k800i with itunes non-drm tracks and they are playing without any problems. Used itunes agent application to sync phone memory card with itunes smart playlist (filter for "purchased"). Great that I can now use purchased itunes tracks on my ipod and phone!

Maybe the N95 only supports aac up to a certain bit rate? Or check the file format (m4a?).
