How do you NOT post a new page?

How do you NOT post a new page until your ready for it to go live?

The easiest way is to simply deselect the <include page in navigation menu> option in the page inspector window. If you don't provide a link to that page on your web site it is unlikely that anyone would be able to find it. When the page is ready for prime time then select the <include page in navigation menu> option and/or provide other links to the page and then publish.
