How to create a borderless A4 pdf from slide

We want to print the keynote presentation, but are facing some difficulties.

First we have to create a pdf file to send to the printer.

* We are using a black background. How can we create a pdf without a white border?

* Allthough we have specified A4 as the size in page setup - the slides are actually closer to 36cm (with). Is there another way to control this?

Any help is much appreciated, thanks !

If you use the Export menu item from the File menu in Keynote, the resulting PDF will be exactly the same size as the slide, and should not produce a white border on the PDF itself. (Whether your print can printer borderlessly is another matter.)

One problem you seem to be facing is that your slides are not the same size and proportion as an A4 sheet of paper. If you set your slides up to be the same proportion as an A4 sheet, this issue would be avoided (however, most displays are also not the same proportion as an A4 sheet...). Otherwise, you may be able to stretch or scale the PDF when printing in whatever software you use to print off the PDF.
