Can I retrieve deleted email?

Hi,

I was wondering if I can retrieve an email I deleted from my inbox and then from the deleted folder. I later realized that I do need that email. Any chance to retrieve it? Thanks

There are instance where hitting "undo" will do it although you need certain circumstances for that, and they're most likely long gone. You best best is to ask this in the Mail section of the Mac OS X Tiger forums.

Probably a long shot, but can you access your email account via the web? If so, the message is probably still on the server and retrievable that way.
