I switched it on this morning and there was the massage: SDRAM Full Test - Please wait - RUN: BL on, PASS: BL blink, FAIL:BL off and Reset to continue (where is reset? and there is no chance to set the iPod back to the status of bying). I did nothing with my iPod and now i can do anything with it. Please help. I need my iPod, but i hate it (no chance to get Videos and Movies on it and now this). 😟

It may take quite a few attempts and is best done connected to power.

However, in some cases, the iPod might get into a state in which the battery needs to be drained before it can be reset so try these steps.

1. Disconnect iPod from all power sources and leave it disconnected for about 24 hours.

2. Reconnect iPod to the Apple iPod Power Adapter or the computer and reset it.
