WD 3200AAKS sata into G5 DC 2.3 2nd bay?

I just bought a WD 3200AAKS 320gb SATA 2nd hard drive for the 2nd bay. Now I discover the potential conflicts. Will it work w/o jumpers set?

Jumpers to limit a drive to 150MB/sec; to enable/disable SSC; and for power management.

They are explained on www.wdc.com

And yes, SATA drives really do have jumpers 😟

Of course they do.

One really should know what jumpers one is moving.

Perhaps I was seeking too much clarity (:>)

I installed the HD tonight. It seems to be working fine w/o jumpers.
