How to disable DRM?

I'm new to iTunes. Wanted to buy music at $0.99. When I signed in for the first time iTunes Plus (DRM) was checked and now the songs mark $1.29! I don't know what DRM is, I just want to pay $0.99 per song! How to change settings??? Please help me!!! :P
