Macbook Won't Charge. Green or Orange Light Not Lighting Up

My macbook is about 6 months old and it will not charge. I've tried multiple outlets and when I plug my charger in, the green or orange light won't light up and the macbook doesnt recognize it. Is it my motherboard or my charger? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Macbook, Mac OS X (10.4.9)

No telling which it is... if you're sure the outlets work, you probably need to contact Apple.

It could be that your MagSafe power adapter is going/has gone bad. The wiring on the inside is extremely fragile and tends to break apart very easily. I had a similar problem and called Apple Care about it. They sent me a replacement cord at no cost and I sent the damaged one back. Everything has worked great since then. I am just a little more careful about taking care of the cord.

I hope this helps out. Take care.
