unsubscribing to a podcast

I can't seem to find a way to unsubscribe to a podcast. Does any one know how?

I subscribed to higher res version of a podcast but I just want to keep the old podcasts and not delete them and at the same time not have them updated every time.

iTunes, Podcasts section. Highlight the particular podcast and look at the bottom left of the panel -- right down the bottom. There you will have a couple of buttons: Unsubscribe and Settings.

Once you press the Unsubscribe button, it will change to Subscribe and a subscribe button will also appear with that podcast's information.
