Apple id

My phone keeps sending me a message that I need to update my Apple ID settings. When I click on message in settings it brings up my reachable email address as my Apple ID. I’ve never had an Apple ID with this particular email address. I’ve tried resetting it I have tried Apple support and the message will not go away. This email address is also not listed as my Apple ID in my phone settings. I want to transfer everything from this Apple ID to another Apple ID that I have I have already exported my contacts to the other Apple ID and all of my photos are stored in my iCloud account. I need to know how I can transfer all of my notes to my new Apple ID?

Are you syncing Notes with iCloud?

When changing to the new ID, there may be some data loss, but you can minimize it. If syncing photos with iCloud, ensure Optimization is turned off in Settings/Your Name/iCloud/Photos and/or in Photos/Preferences/iCloud. Then make sure full resolution photos are on the device/computer. When signing out of iCloud, if asked whether you want to retain data, choose yes. Messages conversations will be lost if they are addressed to the ID. See the article below for other places that the old ID should be removed. See Winston Churchill's response in the below discussion. If possible, also set up Family Sharing between the IDs to keep access to your apps/purchases.
