You can turn on Find My by finding your Apple Watch the old way and following the instructions How to add your AirPods, Apple Watch or Beats product to Find My in Set up Find My on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch or Mac
It can't be done remotely, and it's too late once you have lost the device.
