cannot verify server identity - ensivecigaretc.club

Hello all, after updating iOS to 16.4.1, I keep receiving notification "Cannot verify Server Identity - The identity of ensivecigaretc.club" cannot be verified. Issuer of the certificate is Global Internet Telemetry Measurement Collective, LLC. Can't find any further details on what is the reason, purpose or how to resolve the issue. Any tips on what to do? Thanks!

I checked my settings, and don’t have any spam calendars added- any idea for other troubleshooting options? This new update has definitely made some wonky things pop up…

issue resolved:

open you Mail application settings (Apple native) and check accounts that are set up - there should be a spam calendar added that you can remove. If you don't have the Mail app installed, download it from App Store; not having it installed does not prevent accounts from being added.
