how to search icloud photos on pc

Wait. What? There is literally no search bar in Icloud photos? It's not just me, the web based interface is that horribly designed? Someone please just tell me I'm an idiot and show me with a one or two sentence guide :-]

Please? I'm not trying to be rude at all. It's just that, "log into the website and search using the Photos option on the iCloud website" does nothing for me - been there done that, didn't even find a reference to "search" for photos anywhere.

What do I click on (link), or type into (bar or drop-down), to "search" for a photo or video on the icloud browser internets?
