Not able to write to USB device
Tried:
1) Reformat to exFat
2) Disable csrutil via boot mode
On Windows and other Mac it is working fine
For other USB is the same issue
Not able to change via "Get Info" menu as well
Please advice!

I tried with new account - the same issue - only read access
I noticed - when my USB plugged in and I make log out and log in - I have custom access and I can write
But when I plugged out USD and plugged in again(without log out my user) - I have read permission again

Are you running any VPN, Anti-Virus, or Cleaning apps?
To find out if it's system wide or user specific, try this...
Open System Preferences>Users & Groups, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.
Does it work in the new account?
Do a Get Info on the drive again, at the very bottom is there an Ignore Ownership?
I dont have this option
Only suggestion I have left is to maybe reinstall the OS.
Usb drive only in Read Mode
