my friend would like to try visionPro in china therefore I bought one and ship it through UPS. however, UPS asks for Export Contorl Classification Number (ECCN) /Exceptions /Exemptions. does anyone know those info?

Even if you get clearance to ship, the one-year warranty is valid only in the country where the device was purchased. That is black and white here:
