How to get rid of the spinning beach ball on my Mac?
Is there any way to turn off Dragon when the Spinning Beach Ball appears without shutting down the computer and restarting?
Dragon for Mac 6.0.8 on Mid 2015 MacBook Pro has the cursor suddenly go into a Spinning Beach Ball . Even when it is working fine and not randomly inserting a character like a random letter repeatedly whenever dictation pauses, Dragon still frequently generates the dreaded Spinning Beach Ball cursor that only affects Dragon and not the rest of the computer operation. The track pad can still move the cursor and the keyboard can still be typed upon, but if the cursor is moved to the Dragon icon in the menu bar or over the button to stop Dragon dictation the cursor turns into the dreaded Spinning Beach Ball.
Is there any way to turn off Dragon when the Spinning Beach Ball appears without shutting down the computer and restarting? Simply turning off every open application will not stop the cursor turning into a Spinning Beach Ball whenever it is placed over anything to do with Dragon.
