Why are my workouts on my Apple Watch pausing?

everything is up to date on phone and watch

resetting phone and watch both

I use my watch everyday and everyday i turn on my walk with my dog.

As of two days ago my watch will start the outdoor walk work out the screen will go black and it will pause the work out

Auto pause is turned off

it will auto pause in 4-8 seconds

it is getting exceptionally annoying because this is the watches primary function for me. work outs.
