Apple Watch (Series 9) Face Upside Down
Suddenly, my watch face has turned upside down. The settings are correct and unchanged (left wrist, crown on right) and re-booting the watch has no effect.

Try and force restart it to see if the issues persist
hold down the side button and the Digital Crown at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
Never do this when updating watchOS
Thanks, but that’s what I meant by “re- boot”. I just did it again to be sure and the face is still upside down.
Try selecting a different watch face or two. If they show right-side-up, then the problem may be with your particular watch face. Good luck.
My bad. The crown setting was indeed the culprit - got switched somehow.
All good now.
