Tiktok linked to Apple account?

I recently switched to a Galaxy phone instead of my previous iphone. When logging into Tiktok from my new device, no matter which login method I try, it always creates a new account, rather than my previous account. Even when I try to log in using my previous username, it tells me that that tiktok account doesn't exist (obviously this isn't true).

When talking with tiktok support, they advised me to log in using my Apple ID, though that is not even an option when signing in to Tiktok (the options are 1) phone, email, username 2) facebook 3) Google 4) X/twitter). They then told me to seek support with Apple since they can't help me.

Any ideas?
