Cannot stop mileage announcements

I have an old iwatch 4 and over night it started announcing the mileage markers while I am running. I have tried all the suggestions on this forum but none work or are available to me. Can’t get anything to come up on the phone and cannot find Siri on the watch. Any suggestions?
