Sleep mode on apple watch

Hi ! I do not have a sleeping mode anymore on my apple watch series 6. Before i had this function - watch went in mute mode, stop counting my sleeping hours etc, now i have only - do not disturb mode with (1 hour, until i leave this place etc) . I dont need sleep mode connected together with iphone, i still want to get notification on a phone but not on a watch, how to bring it back ? What is the reason to remove this function ?! No answers in internet, no email support from apple, only phonecalls, good luck to call me overseas
