My husband has an Apple Watch (cellular). He had an iPhone connected to it but was unable to understand the iPhone so I had to buy him a Lively (Jitterbug) phone which is android. He has an iPad. How can he make changes to his watch. Settings, watch face, etc. Can he get the app on his iPad.

Sorry but in order for the watch to work correctly it MUST be paired with an iPhone it does not work with iPad OS. If your husband understands iPad OS he should be just fine with his iPhone as the are VERY similar in operation.
