My Apple Watch has started losing battery so fast on its own even when I don’t raise my wrist or use it. I left the house with 99% and after just 2 hours it had reached 32%! I tried uninstalling most apps and turning off the notifications but it still drains the same amount, what else can be done?

My Apple 9 watch was at 100% today and 5 hours later the battery was at zero. The watch is 4 months old.
I did this, including disabling automatic app install, but set it up as new instead of restoring.

How do you factory reset back to the old watch iOS??
This has been happening to me as well. Battery will go down from 99% to 50% in just 2 hours. Generally get 1/2 day out of full charge. So far resetting has not worked.
I unpaired and repaired my watch a week ago and it seems to have resolved the issue for now. Worth a try. I did not erase anything.
