I AM TRYING TO CANCEL MY ENTIRE ONLINE ORDER BUT CANT FIGURE OUT HOW

Apple sends emails after any order is placed At the bottom of each is a section that addrsses order changes:
Those go to the email address associated with your Apple ID. Check that account.
If you cannot find the email, you have to call Apple support. They will not see your issue in this user-to-user forum.
