iPhone will not load in finder

My iPhone is in a perpetual state of sync. In finder it shows up as syncing and when i click on it, it never loads on the right hand side.

Oddly enough, my brand new iPad Pro doesn't show up at all over Wifi, i plugged it in to go set it sync over Wifi and it does the same thing. Shows up in finder but never loads when i click on it while showing forever sync.

I'm running 11.1 Big Sur and everything is up to date!

What's the next step for this?! Thanks!
