Is it possible to track someone with an Apple Watch with Cellular? If you have a Apple Watch with Cellular is it constantly updating the location on the find my iPhone app? I'd use it to keep tack of an elder family member who has the tendency to run away.

If you have the Apple ID and password used on the watch then yes you can us Find My to do that
