Can anyone help, if normal usb-c with HDMI are not useable for IPAD PRO M1? As I’ve tried to connect to my external monitor but there isn’t any blue indicator(connect to dock) shown in my ipad.
Do I need to get USB c dock that specializes for IPAD PRO M1, Or it is my ipad issue. Thank you for the help.

Using an HDMI Adapter is perhaps not quite as simple as might otherwise appear.
For simple screen-mirroring to a TV or external monitor, almost any USB-C to HDMI Adapter will work with your iPad Pro M1.
However, if your intention is to output downloaded or streaming HD media - your HDMI Adapter must also support HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) - otherwise, you will not see a picture on the TV/Monitor. Be aware that not all HDMI Adapters/Hubs support HDCP, in fact, appear to be in the minority.

Be aware that having a capable HDMI Adapter or Hub may not resolve your problem. Some streaming services and Apps (such as Netflix) do not allow streaming to any external TV or monitor.
No certainty about products not listed as compatible in apple.com>ipad>accessories>power&cables>adapters.
You might try to deepen the subject with that specific adpater model manufacturer.
