ios 15.3 seems to have broken cochlear implant pairing

I notice after a week from updating to 15.3 my cochlear implant no longer pairs with any of my Apple devices including iPhone 13 Pro. I noticed two users just noticed after running 15.3 sucessfuly for 60 days they too found pairing now broken. Interesting how the pairing was not broken immediately after upgrade. Maybe Apple can figure out whats behinds this.
