Mac Pro (Late 2013) installer resources have expired and booting into safe mode shuts down the mac.

They have been in the building for a while if its connected with an apple account i know witch one. But its currently stuck with an account lock that i am currently trying to fix. IF the account its connected to has and account lock will it prevent me from moving forward?

The apple ID cannot be singed into until we reset the account. Saying things like "This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons" (someone put the passord in wrong to many times) We are trying to fix it but the past two times i tried to reset it i never got the message that is required to go forward so i have to wait another week.

I know i would have to sign it at some point but can i not even attempt to fix it to reach a sign in point while the acount is in this state?

i invoked reovery with Shift-Option-Command-R and it took me back to the same place. (Mac os utlities., backup,reinstallmac os, get help, and disk utlity)what do i do next exactly? i am new to mac os so i am unsure what i need to do from here

ah well i erased everything else and restarted but when i try to reinstall it only gives me the option of downloading mac os sierra and then it road blocks me at "to download and restore mac os your computers elgiblity will be verified with apple. But when i hit continue it just dose nothing.

I now see where i got confused earlier. When you said to press ( Shift-Option-Command-R) i thought you meant at startup since that is where you normally do it. I apologise. doing it now will update you once its finnished

oh my luck allrighty. we only have one and that is also having issues so i will attempt to fix that before finishing off this one. Worse comes to worse the apple store might be able to do it for me if i bring it in.

I previously did that and i just did it again. oNly thing that has changed is now the drive is marked by my suffering

Now it automaticly boots into recovery mode. and no longer gives me the option to erase. It also still only gives me the option of serria.

I can boot into recovery. i see macos utilities, Its giving me the options of restore from time machine backip

and disk utlity

I have attempted to erase everything but it is not giving me the option to remove a disk image witch is what im guessing is still a trace of a newer mac os

I have tried the combination again it is still giving me Sierra

Still only giving me serria but now i can erase again

I have a 2016 MacBook available to me that is currently in working order
