My iPhone shows a different battery percentage after every restart

So i have an iphone 13 and everytime i charge my phone and restart it its on a different percentage

I Phone 8 My iPhone 8 turned itself off and then wouldn’t show the battery percentage. I have put it on charge but it doesn’t show that it’s charging it just says 0% remaining. What can I do?
