When searching on an app from my local vendor, it does not show available in the choices in the App Store. When a co-worker shares the app, the link launches the App Store, but the following error appears:
"App Not Available... This app is currently not available in your country or region." When checking my region, I am located in the USA. Please advise how to fix.

What countries are associated with your Apple ID and your co-worker’s Apple ID?
Are both yours and your co-worker’s set to United States?
Do either of you have an add-on VPN app installed?
"App Not Available"... This app is currently not available in your country or region.
