Screen Recording audio problem OS 14.3

Trying to figure out why when I record my desktop screen that I only get audio on the right side when played back. This happens with only recording audio too. Both left and right play fine when I preview anything but only records right side audio any other apps are fine.

Any help troubleshooting this?
