My iPhone 4 home screen is zoomed in and not working anything.
I reboot and turned off and on, nothing is working. How can I fix this problem?

Double tap with THREE fingers to turn zoom off, then go into Settings>General>Accessibilty and turn it off for good.

The easiest way to fix it wil be connecting the iPhone to the computer, browse to the Click the Configure Universal Access button on the iTunes summary page, then choose neither for seeing.
