my little brother was messing with my phone, and when i took it back about half an hour later, it said activation required, but it never seems to go past the wifi part because it always says your device is not a part of the iphone developer program, idk wht to do. i can use my phone for anything at all, i cant even go past the lock screen, ( and the phone never had a passcode so its not like "locked"). Can anyone help me. and when i try to restore it or update t dosent work either.

I think your BETA has expired. in order to reslove this i think you will need to log into the developer IOS memebrs area where you got the beta originally, if your phone isnt part of the developer program you may need to add your UDID code to the provision portal in https://developer.apple.com/ios/manage/devices/index.action.Then go back to the IOS dev center and download a latest version of the iOS6 IPSW file. Then connect your iPhone to Itunes, do the SHIFT CLICK UPDATE to select the downloaded file and force and update of your device.

This is worth a try! its a guess though as my experience was similar but not exactly the same.
