how do i turn off tty?
The sign of tty is on the screen, but I cant find any places where I can turn it off. Neither in "Settings" and "General". I haven't turn it on myself...
NO TTY CHOICE ON MY IPHONE 5 !!!

But I have no choise for TTY under "Phone" in my 4s. I don't know why this is different on different telephones...

Use other sim card .. That depends on sim card .. I had same issue .. Put other sim which can support that option.. Turn it off by putting sim which support that option..
