Distorted sound and only one speaker working after IOS 6?

Any one else experiencing this? I read some were have siri voice issues but nothing on just general distorted sound of just one speaker working. Add this to the list of malfunctions to my phone after IOS 6. It's a iPhone 4 and it has been restored and hard reset and soft reset and everything else you can think of more times than I can count due to the "grayed out wifi" issue so none of those will help. I thought they changed the sounds at first. Done it since the first restart after IOS 6,
