I respored my Iphone because my GPS was stuck I tried to troubleshoot it with the classic respore but this did not do the trick. I then proceeded to restore to factory setting but it will not load my backup. What to Do?

Restoring as new does not involve restoring a backup.
Regardless, it is virtually impossible to offer assistance unless you provide details as to what occurs when attempting to restore the backup.
