After I get to Settings---Softward Update and press the download and stall frame, nothing happens.
I just read what I typed. I meant download and Install frame.
Are you connected to the charger while attempting the update?
What is the present iOS?
What model of iPhone?
A basic question: what version of the iPhone do you have?
I have a iPhone 4. I have tried to update both while connected to a charger and without. My present iOS is 6.1. It seems that a lot of people are having problems with 6.1.3.
victoriafromva you can try doing a restore from itunes....it will update your phone to the latest version. Please dont forget to do a complete backup first as it will wipe off everything from your phone. Also you can delete the IOS update downloaded by itunes so you will be sure that it will download the complete IOS 6.1.3. Its 1.04 GB downloaded it today for my iphone 5.
