Good afternoon friend would like to know when the server returned to active Sprint to unlock Iphones 4 and 4s in Brazil.
iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3, White Sprint
Sprint have a policy for unlocking their iPhones, for their existing customers only.
Check with them.

IF you meet the 90 day criterion, your account is in good standing, and you are REALLY, REALLY PATIENT, it can be unlocked.
