How can I get flash player to work on my iPad?

There is no version of flask for iPads or iPhones.

IOS device do not support Flash

However Skyfire, Photon, iSwifter, Browse2Go and Puffin Web Browser will provide limited Flash capability

Adobe has not made a version of Flash for the iPad.
