Iphone 5 carger not working (model A1265) .5v 1v 2v???

I bought 3 model A1265 USB charger bases. They have always worked fine with no problems.

for some reason my Iphone 5 doesn't work with this charger base?!

I have other devices that I can charge just fine but not the Iphone 5.

I've tried several different cables and identical charger bases, but none will charge

my phone.

Is there a different spec for the Iphone 5? I know it uses a new cable do I also need a new

charger base?

It's awfully difficult to read but I'm pretty sure it reads .5 to 1v output. If it's more .5v I would expect

it to charge slowly but mine doesn't charge at all, no matter how long it's plugged in.

Any help would be appreciated

Can I use a 2v output charger to charger my Iphone 5? will it charge faster?

All iPhone chargers are 5 volts. If bases and cables prove themselves to work with other devices, the fault is obviously within the phone. Typically your problem can be caused by dirt or fluff stuffed into the charging port of the phone. Explore with a magnifying glass, and clean with a soft dry brush.

Thanks for the info on all iphone chargers being 5 volts.

but the phone isn't the issue, it's less than a month old and as I mentioned I failed to mention that the phone chargers just fine, with a cariety of different cords that I bought but only with the charger base that came with my Iphone 5.

The thing that really gets me is the fact that all 3 of the model A1265 USB charger base dont work. Again tho they only dont work on my Iphone 5, they will charge other devices.
