iCloud Push for Mail Still Not Working IOS 7

Since last night, I am still having problems with my iCloud email push. I have done a complete refresh reset of the phone, and still no success. This is happening with both iPhone and iPad on IOS 7. The only time I can see new emails generated is by opening and going into the App, and then it will download all the new emails. All settings have been checked over and over.

An Apple engineer has had full access to my account for two days and I've noticed some strange behavior, I assume this is related to him/her trying things out. I just tried the above steps and it didn't seem to work, but a couple hours later it just started working. I'm thinking someone at Apple has fixed the issue, especially since several of us are getting push now, all at the same time.

You are correct, sir! Push is working again on my primary .mac account on both my iPhone and iPad mini. I actually noticed that it was working when I heard the received emal alert for this thread. I'm going to contact email the service representative before changing my password back from the one given to me for troubleshooting.
